Graduation dress needed?
help!!!!! i need a juniors dress for my graduation im 16 i am a very petite person so it must come in a small or size 3 or smaller. it is a fancy event but i want it to be knee length or shorter. color wise i will go for black, grey, blue, or red. i cant spend more than $150
